Early-access privacy.

This notice covers the public Hale website and its early-access list. The Hale app privacy policy covers health records, conversations, Apple Health, and the app’s AI providers.

What we collect

When you request an invitation, we store your email address, the time of your request, and your agreement to receive invitation-related updates. The form does not ask for your name or health information.

How it is used

Your address is used to manage early access and contact you about an invitation. Joining the list does not create an app account. We do not sell the list or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is kept

The list is stored privately with Vercel, separately from health records in the app. It is not published on the website. Vercel also processes ordinary hosting and security information, such as network requests. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Your choice

You can ask to have your address removed or ask about your information by contacting the Hale operator using the contact details in the app privacy policy. We keep your request while managing the early-access list, unless you ask us to remove it.

Examples on this website

The film and product scenes use an authorized personal record with the name removed. Advanced MRI and insurance scenes demonstrate that personal account; those tools are not currently offered to new member records in the private beta.
